Who we are

When you request the Nexa AuditOS download, we collect the details you enter — your name, email and phone number, and optionally your firm and role — together with the date and your consent choices.

Why we use it

• To email you the download link you requested, and to respond if you contact us about it.
• Only if you separately opt in: to send you occasional updates and resources from our firm.

We process this data on the basis of your consent.

Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing. Your submission is stored in our own records (a private spreadsheet in our Google account) and is accessible only to us. Email delivery is handled through Google's services as our processor.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as needed for the purposes above, and remove them on request or when no longer required.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent (including unsubscribing from updates) at any time by emailing chintan@vjshahco.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
